Silently repeat:
“I am open. I am ready. My new story begins now.”

We did not have a specific statement this time. We did a Level 5 Brain Balance that does not use a statement.

This session focused on stepping into the next version of your life by rewriting your internal story first. After a full Level 5 Brain Balance called The Life Balance, we reflected on who we are becoming and practiced using the creative power of our thoughts.
We leaned into the work of Esther & Jerry Hicks, whose Law of Attraction teachings remind us:

Write your story starting with:
👉 “I love the life I’m living because…”Use present tense. Be vivid. Be bold. Be honest. Let this story reflect your desires—not your doubts.
Ask yourself:
What would change if I believed this story was already unfolding?
How can I live into this version of me this week, even 2 degrees more?
