Hi, I’m Leith.
I’m a transformational life coach, a truth-teller, and a deep believer in what’s possible.
If you’ve found your way here, I’m guessing something feels off.
You’ve held it together, done the work, and made it this far.
But something in you knows: There’s more. And I’m here to help you find it.
THIS WORK? IT’S PERSONAL
Years ago, our family went through wave after wave of trauma.
We lost our daughter Hadley, who had severe special needs.
Our son Holden battled addiction.
Our marriage nearly unraveled.
And I was quietly falling apart under the weight of it all.
In 2015, we sold everything we owned and started over.
Not because we had it all figured out—but because we knew something had to change.

That unraveling was the beginning of my healing.
It introduced me to trauma recovery, spiritual practices, brain balancing, and the power of tiny, meaningful shifts.
Little by little, I reclaimed my life—body, mind, and soul.
Now, I help others do the same.
I work with people who’ve already done some work—therapy, coaching, soul-searching—but they still feel off. Unsettled. Stretched too thin. Like they’ve outgrown the life they’re living.
I offer tools and truth to help them get unstuck—gently, practically, and powerfully.
Practical coaching and personalized support
Soulful, body-based tools for realignment
Micro-practices that don’t overwhelm your schedule
Brain balancing to calm the chaos and rewire old patterns
and a whole lot of grace
My approach combines…
Because I believe…
You matter.
Your story matters.
And it’s not too late to live a life you actually look forward to.

More about me
I love humans and am fascinated by them.
I aim to stay self-aware and welcome feedback.
I love my offspring. I have 3 of them.
My son Holden is an outstanding human. He is a recovering alcoholic & drug addict. Also known as a Sober Empathizer.
My Hadley Rae died at age 12 of pneumonia. She also had severe special needs.
My baby, Averi, is the most solid, stable human I know. Her very presence is breathtaking.
I love Jesus and God. I am also comfortable with the terms “higher power” and a few others.
I own my shit. At least I aim for it.
I like to cuss.
I love to people-watch at the airport.
I know very little about politics, and I don’t watch the news.
I aim to stay more curious and less critical.
I like to shake things up.
I love a gin and soda (no ice, no lime).
I accidentally put too much heavy cream in my coffee...weekly.
Inappropriate music fills my tank.
I don’t go to church, — but I experience God so beautifully in the company of my son’s sober gay community.
I am faith-inclusive.
I was sexually abused. I am not a victim.
I predominantly wear yoga pants and a hoodie, and typically wear all black.
I like to get real.
I am a pretty healthy person, and I sometimes eat ramen noodles (yes, the 17 cent ones full of MSG).
I’ve been married to an amazing man for over 30 years. He is hot. And he is impacting business leaders all over the world.
I value diversity.
I love my dogs. They are basically human kindergartners.
I bring order to chaos.
My superpower? Helping people make small shifts that lead to big transformation.
