Courage shows up in everyday moments, not just big events.
Small acts like speaking up, setting boundaries, trying something new, or showing up for yourself build resilience and confidence.
Reflecting on your courage helps you recognize your inner strength and potential.
-
Close your eyes gently.
Take a slow, deep breath in…
Feel your feet grounding into the floor, strong and steady beneath you.
With your next inhale, imagine drawing up strength from the earth — filling your body with steadiness and calm.Place one hand lightly over your heart.
Feel its steady rhythm — proof that even without thinking, you are alive, moving forward, doing brave things.Silently affirm to yourself:
➔ "Courage lives within me."As you exhale, imagine releasing any fear, tension, or doubt — as if it’s being carried away on the breath.
Breathe in courage.
Breathe out fear. One more deep, steady breath in...
Hold it for a moment at the top...
And exhale slowly, trusting yourself a little more with each breath. When you’re ready, gently open your eyes — carrying the steady energy of courage with you into whatever comes next.

Benjamin Mee (Matt Damon):
"Sometimes all you need is twenty seconds of insane courage — just literally twenty seconds of embarrassing bravery — and I promise you, something great will come of it."Think back to a time when you acted with courage — even if it felt small, awkward, or scary.
