Your Life Map
We explored the practice of creating a Life Map - a simple but powerful way to step back and look at the arc of your life.
Rather than focusing only on what’s happening right now, this exercise invited you to zoom out and reflect on the bigger picture - the seasons, turning points, challenges, and meaningful moments that have shaped who you are today.
As you mapped your life, the goal wasn’t to get it perfect or analyze every detail. It was simply to begin seeing your story more clearly - with curiosity, compassion, and understanding.
Through this process, you may have started to notice:
Patterns or themes that have shown up over time
Moments of growth, resilience, and strength
Experiences that shaped your values, identity, and perspective
How your past connects to your present season
This work helps build awareness around something really important:
Your life has meaning. Your experiences matter. And there is wisdom in your story.

What patterns do I notice in my life?
Are there repeated roles, experiences, or dynamics that show up?
Where have I shown strength, courage, or resilience?
What themes do I see - connection, achievement, loss, growth, identity, or purpose?
How has my past shaped who I am today?
What feels like it’s still influencing me right now?
What do I want to carry forward?
What might I be ready to release?
You can return to your map at any time and continue adding to it as new insights come forward. -
I see my life with clarity, compassion, and understanding.
