Stay With Yourself
Guest speaker: Camille Thoman
“Camille has taught me something that sounds so simple - and - has been incredibly powerful for me: To stay in my body. Feel what is here. Breathe. Let myself digest it. And stay some more. My body, heart and mind are forever grateful for what has healed in me.” — Leith
As you watch or listen, use the prompts below the video to follow along and stay in motion.

Feeling is your fuel: Your emotions aren't something to ignore or overcome. When you slow down and listen, they provide valuable information that can guide your next step.
Pause before you react: Rather than suppressing your feelings or letting them control your actions, be with them first. Ask, What is this feeling trying to tell me? Then choose your response with intention.
Your body carries wisdom: Emotions show up in the body for a reason. Learning to notice and honor what you're experiencing helps you live with greater clarity, integrity, and self-awareness.
Safety creates space for growth: Feeling discomfort isn't a sign that something is wrong. As you learn to support yourself through difficult emotions, your capacity to navigate life expands.
How you show up matters: The energy, posture, and presence you bring into each moment influence not only how you experience life, but also how others experience you.
You have the ability to lead yourself: You don't have to be driven by habit or reaction. As you become more aware of your inner world, you can make choices that align with who you want to be.
