Finding a comfortable position.
Closing your eyes and take a deep breath in, then gently release it.
As you breathe in again, imagine you’re gathering all the tension, anger, and resentment you may be holding.
Feel it gather in your body…without judgment—just notice where it’s at.
Now, as you exhale, picture that resentment leaving your body with the breath.
Release it, just like you would let go of a heavy weight.
Breathing in peace…
Breathing out resentment…
Breathing in peace…
Breathing out resentment…
Breathing in peace…
Breathing out resentment…
Repeating silently after me:
I release what no longer serves me and I am free.
I release resentment with ease and hold peace in my heart.
Take one more deep breath, and when you’re ready, gently open your eyes. -
