Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs completely. Hold for a moment, and then exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension in your body.
Scan your body and silently - to yourself -
Begin to identify the dominant feeling you are having
Identify where you are feeling that emotion
Heart
Chest
Head
Back
Belly
Feet
Somewhere else
On a scale from 1-10 (wowza) - how strong are you feeling that emotion?
And again - taking another deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs completely. Hold for a moment, and then exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension in your body. -
