  • Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs completely. Hold for a moment, and then exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension in your body.

    • Scan your body and silently - to yourself -  

      • Begin to identify the dominant feeling you are having

      • Identify where you are feeling that emotion

        • Heart

        • Chest

        • Head

        • Back

        • Belly

        • Feet

        • Somewhere else

      • On a scale from 1-10 (wowza) - how strong are you feeling that emotion?


    And again - taking another deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs completely. Hold for a moment, and then exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension in your body.
