Make a list of everything that is bothering you (emotionally/physically).
Big. Small. Silly. Real. Imagined. Everything you can think of.
Divide the list into things you can control and things you cannot control.
Then next to the things you can control - write one action step you can take to do something about it.
Then next to the things you cannot control - write:
“I know these things bother me - and - I must accept them - and I will NOT let them cause me anymore ________ (tension/stress/pain/anxiety/etc).”
