  • Let’s take a deep breath together. Inhale… and exhale… Gently close your eyes and let yourself arrive here, in this moment. Feel your feet connected to the ground beneath you, your body rooted and supported. Bring your awareness to your breath, noticing the rise and fall of your chest.

Now, ask yourself: How connected am I to me? Without judgment, just observe what comes up. Notice any areas where you feel aligned, and any places where you feel disconnected.

Take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine releasing any tension or distractions. Allow yourself to gently reconnect to your true self—your thoughts, your emotions, your desires. Embrace whatever arises with curiosity and kindness.

When you're ready, bring your awareness back to the room, feeling grounded and more connected to who you are. Take one last deep breath, and slowly open your eyes. You are here, with yourself, fully present.
